All sales are final

Refunds are only offered if items are damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please refer to the sizing chart or reach out to us if you are unsure about sizing. 

 

Wrong Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address! If you provide the wrong address contact us via hello@justbenicetopeople.com immediately and we will try to correct it.  We are not responsible and will not refund/replace if your package is delivered to the wrong address due to you providing the wrong address. However, we will offer you a discount if you'd like to reorder.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
